Jamie and Kayley have been in the cleaning industry since 2015 and have built up a number of businesses.
They always look back on their journey and wish there had been someone to support them with parts of their business they did not understand, or in finding the right tools and methods to achieve a 5-star cleaning standard. They ran a cleaning company called Performance Cleaning for years and had a good number of staff and vans on the road at one point. However, considering the world we live in and the economic problems everyone faced in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, they decided it was time for a change. They thought about how they could make a bit of money and how cleaners could earn more, while also helping the community become a cleaner place by doing some free cleans.
They realized that cleaners starting their cleaning careers just need a bit of guidance. They can share their experience and help newcomers avoid the mistakes they made. They also considered that they only need a small portion of the cleaning fee, and then thought about how they could just take a booking fee. This booking fee would be for matching cleaners with customers, serving as an equal voice to help both parties achieve the best outcome possible. They intend to provide cleaners with top tips to achieve 5-star cleaning like they have.
They plan to find cleaners who are already out there but want more work. They must come highly recommended and have outstanding reviews, then help those starting out to understand what they are doing and what customers expect to pay for 5-star cleaning.
